Sliggoo

Request by my girlfriend, basically the entire background and Pokemon was her idea. I was sort of getting frustrated with drawing his neck and head which still isn't the way i want it. I might redo it later when I get better on this mouse again. Goomy is better than Sliggoo in my opinion. AghIhatethebackgroundandthewayididit.
